Responsibilities
- Supports quality testing process to meet or exceed expectations
- Check product output for defects, and communicate appropriate action where necessary
- Regularly review individual processes and the quality for effectiveness
- Reviews and assists in the resolution of print quality issues
- Ability to facilitate continuous improvement
- Keep adequate records
- Ensure all test requirements are kept up to date and all records are well maintained.
- Work in a manner to ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company guidelines and policies
- Demonstrated strong communication skills to work with internal cross functional teams.
- knowledge of quality standards ISO 9001,20015, Lean Management etc...
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing Quality operations with an emphasis in quality and continuous improvement preferred.
- Background in quality and print manufacturing preferred
- Experience with effective quality process improvement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with standard office software
- Analyze reports for timeliness and ensures data is accurate to better solve problems.
