A Dubai based company is looking for a UI/UX Designer for its offshore technology partner Forward Productions in Karachi, Pakistan. Being a technology partner, Forward Productions is responsibile for developing, managing and maintaining the ever growing portfolio of Websites and Mobile Apps of Danatev.com.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creative Design & Interactive Mockups
- Build responsive HTML & CSS from the mockups
- Build mockups for Web & Mobile Apps
- Work with developers to support the realization of ideas and solutions
- Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Aware of style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Develop web graphics for website, mobile app design, weekly emails, and digital advertisements
- Edit existing product images to improve presentation
Candidate Profile:
- 1+ years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe CC, Adobe XD, and Balsamiq.
- Working experience on CSS, CSS3, HTML, HTML5, responsive design, SASS, Mobile App Design(iOS, Android), other front end technologies also a plus
- Hands-on experience with Mobile App design/ user experience, Mobile App design best practices, practical experience in handling different mobile App Layout/Screen sizes will be a plus
- Familiarity with Javascript, Jquery and related scripting language will be a plus
- Team Player
- Good communication skills
- Experience working with development team in an agile environment
- Artistic eye for design and the ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of best practices for digital user accessibility
- Intellectual curiosity and drive; self-starters will thrive in this position
