Job Description

Need a Following Experience Female Office Asssistant.

Job Description:

  • Reports directly to the CEO.
  • Organizes all his daily activities/meeting schedules and attends all meetings.
  • Arranges his travel and hotel bookings.
  • Coordinates activities/weekly reports of various departments within the company. 
  • Compiles, stores, and retrieves managerial data.
  • Answers all telephone calls and transfers to people concerned within the company.
  • Responsible for incoming magazines and newspapers for distribution.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the CEO

Requirements:

  • Female with pleasing personality.
  • Must have one to two years experience in the same field.
  • Must have strong communication abilities.
  • Knowledge in computer (MS Office Package) is a must.
