Foundation Public School & Head Start School System – Head Office is hiring HR / Operations Executive , who will be responsible for smooth execution of payroll & benefits administration as per company policies and requirements.

  • To prepare/update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations in HR software.
  • Coordinate with IT for the development/installation/management of HR software and other automation projects (if any).
  •  Responsible to process the payroll and work closely with Finance department to ensure accurate disbursement of salaries, tax withholdings, benefit deductions and other deductions.
  •  Oversee employee personal information collection, analysis and reporting; supervise the input of data and ensure data integrity.
  • To review and process leaves of all staff members (Admin, Teachers, MS, Security guards).
  •  Facilitate and coordinate with Research Policy & Compliance unit for revamping / developing policies of assigned domain(s) of leaves, attendance and payroll.
  •  To ensure new hire documentation is completed and processed including processing all personnel forms and ensuring proper approval.
  •  Manage start-to-end process of letter issuance to all the staff members across the system.
  •  Manage start-to-end process of staff attendance, keep vigilant track & analysis of lates and earlies and suggest consequences accordingly.
  •  Create, generate, and maintain effective HR reporting, including staff headcount, attendance sheets, leaves and payroll to drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage a dashboard of HR metrics through software to be presented on daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to senior leadership team and management.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate all staff members.
  •  Identify optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs.

The candidate must have:

  •  Strong understanding of payroll administration, salary taxation and benefits.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze variance reports.
  • Ability to assess the benefits & costs of total rewards packages.
  • Good working knowledge of job evaluation tools.
  • Understanding of total reward package and salary bands.
