Social Media Marketing Expert should have a solid understanding of social media channel. How each platform works and how to engage users on these channels with optimizing content.
You will be joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand/Company. You will be “soft selling” the product to our current and prospective customers by providing support online.
Responsibilities:
• Building and executing a perfect social media strategy through audience identification, platform determination, competitive research, benchmarking, and messaging
• Generating, editing publishing and sharing daily content (Videos, images or text)
• Enhancing the visibility of the company’s social content by setting up and optimizing company pages
• Moderating the user-generated content according to company’s moderation policy
• Collaborating with other departments (sales, customer relations, etc.) to coordinate actions, identify key players and manage reputation
• Continuously improving by capturing the appropriate social media metrics/data and analyzing the insights and best practices to take actions accordingly
