  • Supervise Day-To-Day Support Department Operations.
  • Respond to Customers in timely & efficient manner.
  • Create Effective Customer Services Procedures, Polices and Standards for improvisation of department and team capabilities
  • Develop Customer Satisfaction Goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
  • Take all necessary measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the commitments made with customer are fulfilled on time
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Manage & Coach the customer support team
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
  • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
  • Recruit, mentor and develop customer services team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
  • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
