The ideal candidate for the Software Support Executive position will be evaluated on the below criteria;
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Computer Science graduation will be a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in software company
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Urdu
- Experience of Installation, Configuration and Support of Software Products.
- Troubleshooting on site as well as managing online support.
- Experience of Testing and Deployment of Applications.
- Hands On experience on Databases (Oracle, etc) as well as managing Backup, Restore and Data Migration.
- Experience of handling customer with regards to Softwares functionalities briefing and understanding of business processes
- Good reporting skills
- Have flare and motivation to complete all tasks in a timely manner
