- Base Salary of Rs 65000
- Receiving inbound calls from US based customers and sell them TV, Internet, Phone, Home Security and Mobile services.(We are affiliated with twenty US telecommunication providers for residential services.)
- Following up with existing clients to make sure they are happy with their services.
- Calling existing customer to upsell them.
- Helping existing customers to get them better services and better prices.
- Creating opportunity on every call and try to sell them any of the product we sell.
- Following a research based sales script and following all the directions/policies.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Past experience of telecom sales is required.
- American or British accent.
- Must be good at retaining new product knowledge.
