Job Purpose:
Responsible for sales target achievement, planning, organizing and monitoring in the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Willing to work part-time on commission basis.
- Planming and executing of franchise sales
- Present ideas & their execution in a smooth way
- To ensure that the potential franchisee is as per defined in company policies and procedures
- Act as focal point for all related issues of the assigned franchises and also co-ordinate with the Head Office to ensure smooth operations
- Updates and other important information is shared with the assigned franchises on timely basis
- Training need analysis of the assigned franchises
- All Sales related issues are identified and addressed proactively with the Franchisees and issues logged are resolved effectively.
Key Performance Indicators KPI’s:
- Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputed/recognized institution.
- 1-2 years experience of working in a CS & Sales related environment.
- Fast learning and adaptability qualities.
- Has the ability to take initiatives
- Proactive and dedicated towards work.
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Has a customer oriented approach
- Good at negotiating, decision making and problem solving
