Our company is at a pivotal point in its development, growing rapidly, and plans to hire an Operations Analyst. This role will work cross-functionality within our Operations team guiding the development of elements of our warehouse, customer and driver platforms.
Requirements and Responsibilities.
1-Need someone experienced in gathering and analyzing data from our dashboard web app. You will need to do that to measure performance, spot trends, and make recommendations on how to drive impact.
2-You will need experience in developing processes. We need someone to improve and maintain efficiency in the warehouse operation.
3- You will manage and driver and warehouse related issues.
4- You will need to know or learn BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau to explore data.
5-You should have excellent communication and organization skills
6-You should have some experience working with Project Management software Jira
7-You should have the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution across multiple projects
8-You should be a structured thinker who helps advance the strategy and execution of the Product Operations team
9-You should possess the ability to work in a high stress, high-pressure environment.
10-MBA Preferred.
11-Experience at Careem, Foodpanda or other delivery app is preferred.
Expected Salary: 50-60k
