We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist & analyst to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

A Social Media Marketing Analyst who’ll research and identify ways to build our brand and acquire new clients. Increase our sales in several regions of the USA

Social Media Marketing Analyst responsibilities include tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with paid social media & google campaigns and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent
  • Measure the ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns
  • Report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, the website traffic and social media engagement
  • Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates)
  • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
  • Recommend website and campaign optimizations
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling, etc)
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
  • Blog Writing for press release and innovative ad creation ideas

 Requirements: 

  • Work experience as a Social Media Marketing Analyst or similar role
  • Expertise in Google Analytics
  • In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices
  • Experience with PPC campaigns
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical abilities

Education: At least Graduation

Experience 2-3 years
