French Club is seeking an experienced Hair & Beauty Specialist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional salon services. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in the beauty industry, with expertise in hair cutting, styling, hair coloring, and treatments. This role requires a strong ability to consult with clients to identify their needs and deliver personalized hair and beauty solutions while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene. The Hair & Beauty Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of beauty services including manicures and pedicures, ensuring all clients leave satisfied with their appearance and experience.
This position includes managing and coordinating a team of five salon staff members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment. The specialist will play a key role in maintaining professional standards and safety within the salon, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety protocols. Candidates with prior experience in luxury salons or hospitality sectors and relevant certifications will have an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential to thrive in the fast-paced team setting at French Club.
Responsibilities
- Perform hair cutting, styling, coloring, highlighting, and treatment services according to client needs and industry best practices.
- Provide expert client consultations to recommend appropriate hairstyles and beauty treatments based on individual preferences and hair conditions.
- Execute manicure and pedicure services with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction and hygiene standards are upheld.
- Lead and supervise a team of five salon professionals, coordinating schedules, training staff, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the salon workstations, tools, and styling equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate professional appearance and uphold a positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
- Manage time efficiently to handle multiple client appointments and tasks to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Stay updated on current trends in hair and beauty, participating in continuous learning and training sessions as required.
- Ensure compliance with salon policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols at all times.
