Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in line with company policies and customer expectations.
- Supervise and support a team of two spa professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to achieve operational objectives.
- Apply and enforce Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment for both staff and clients.
- Coordinate and oversee massage therapy sessions, assuring adherence to techniques and quality standards.
- Ensure all spa services comply with health and safety regulations, as well as internal standards.
- Maintain inventory of spa supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to avoid service interruptions.
- Develop and implement operational procedures for spa services and customer care to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and optimize workforce allocation to meet demand.
- Conduct staff training on service protocols, health and safety practices, and professional conduct.
- Assist in budget management, cost control, and reporting related to spa operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote spa services and support overall business goals.
