• Actively participate in company sales activities in coordination and consultation of senior management and regularly report on periodic basis.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to the sales teams for achieving overall sales targets of the company.
• Travel throughout country to assist in training, reviews, major presentations and sales calls.
• National wide sales forecasting activities for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams by gathering and consolidating accurate data and setting performance goals accordingly.
• Support regional / zonal sales managers creating, updating, and executing the sales business plans for the territory.
• Regularly, monitor, review and analyze sales performance against targets, quotes submitted, and plans to determine effectiveness and achieving results.
• Analyze and track expenditures of team to conform to budgetary requirements.
• Gain sufficient product knowledge for conducting regular training sessions with other company personnel and new sales officials and maintaining updated training information.
• Support the implementation of corporate sales and marketing and compliance policies and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity and respect for employees, co-workers, customers and prospects.
