This role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in software sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the most suitable MoneyPex solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from prospective clients promptly and professionally.
- Evaluate customer requirements and suggest appropriate MoneyPex software products.
- Provide detailed product information and conduct online demonstrations as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM software.
- Follow up with interested leads to support deal closures.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to meet monthly sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
