  • Fast & accurate computer skills to deal with high volume of customer contacts. 
  • Distinct advantage would be given to individuals having experience in customer service within a similar environment. With the ability to identify online Scams/ Illegal advertisement.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • You will be part of our established UK team supporting our customers across our marketplace portfolio.
  • Help Customers during their engagement on any of our marketplace websites.
  • Handle customer complaints and raising issues through our development ticket program.
  • Provide prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication in line with company policy.
  • The resolution of consumer issues and complaints including consistent follow up and escalation where necessary.
  • Exceeding Customers’ expectations of the company.
  • Maintaining a full understanding of all Marketplaces during the advert placement process and relaying that information to customers, if needed.
  • You will be trained on how to spot scams and illegal adverts, similarly scam emails or messages to protect our users.
  • Verify certain customers via phone and making sure they are legitimate before advertising.
