- We are looking for an executive assistance to the head office of a company in the business of dental instruments.
- We are looking for a young and motivated individual eager to learn and grow with us.
- Past experience is not required, but the motivation to grow and learn is a must.
Your daily tasks will include but not limited to the following:
- Full communication from the head office to the manufacturing unit
- Keep track of manufacturing orders in progress and pending orders
- Streamline production, Quality Check, packing and dispatch of orders
- Work for proper inventory control of products.
- Be in contact with local makers to get updates on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Any other day to day task required by the head office.
