Responsibilities:
- Greeting & welcoming customers
- Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
- Undertaking administrative & operational tasks Acting as a central manager for the branch of the company
- Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
- Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appoitments, consultations, follow up calls and reminder calls
- Supervise and monitor the admin and genatorial staff
Usual Timings: 10 am -8pm
Candidates who can join immidiately would be preferred
