The Avenair, a prominent real estate company located in Gulberg III, Lahore, is looking to hire a Front Desk Officer to join their team. This role is vital as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The Front Desk Officer will oversee daily front desk operations, manage inquiries, direct visitors, and provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning. Reporting directly to the Front Desk Officer supervisor, this position plays a key role in enhancing the overall experience for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process for all visitors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and clients, ensuring proper coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Ensure all visitors are signed in and out according to company policies.
- Provide accurate information about the company and its services when required.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
