Job Description

  • Ensure reception area is clean and presentable, with all necessary requirements.
  • Dispatching all the posts received and maintaining their record.
  • Perform other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying and faxing
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Greet guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

 

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s in arts or any other discipline
  • Good Communication Skills
  • The candidate should have prior experience in the same role for 2 years in reputable organizations.
