In subordination of Head HR responsible for managing complete Recruitment & Selection process.
Design Advertisement, publish it in Newspaper and also upload advertisement on different web sites.
Create Pool of CVs and get the relevant CVs shortlisted according of vanacy requirements.
Schedule Interviews and upto specified level conduct interview of the shortlisted candidates.
Ensure provision of quality Human Resource against the announced positions.
Must have the ability to negotiate Salary package with the selected candidate.
Design and conduct Orientation plan for new comers and tries to foster positive attitude towards Organizational Objectives.
