Job Description

Assist Head in R&S:

· Design, develop and place approved Advertisements in different newspapers, on web portals and also upload it on the Company’s website.

·Source CVs through web portals, references, and headhunters to develop and update Human Resource databank.

·Represent Company in job fairs and source CVs against the current / future Human Resource requirements.

·Arrange candidates’ interviews, update interview schedule and coordinate with concerned persons / authorities to follow the interview procedure.

·Negotiate salary with candidate / employee considered for hiring of different SUs in connection with budgetary limits & salary guidelines.

·Involved and participated in human resource planning, mobilization and demobilization.

·Complete Joining formalities of all the selected candidates in order to process the case and generate required letter(s).

·Carry-out company internship program and placement of internees.

Assist Head in T&D:

·Assisted Head in conducting and compiling Organization-wide Training Need Analysis (TNA).

·Develop Training Budget and design Training Calendar as per requirement.

·To design and develop in-house training sessions/ programs.

·Conducting orientation for newly joined employees and imparting trainings and presentations on different HR related topics within the Company.

·Establishing liaison and coordinating with the training institutes / trainers for organizing training programs.

·Developed Training Policy, Process Flow Chart (PFC), and related Formats.

·Arranging training sessions and performing administrative operations related to training programs.

·Determining the training effectiveness by seeking the training feedback and measuring the knowledge / understanding level of the trainees.

Assist Head in Operational Affairs:

·Supporting Head HR in monitoring matters related to compensation and benefits.

·To perform internal salary survey to determine the salaries ranges prevailing against different grades within the Company.

·Propose development needs in HRIS by understanding the functionality of HRIS, coordinate with IT Department regarding new developments in HRIS.

· Proceeded staff inquiries (as per the need) to prepare inquiry reports so that the Management decision can be sought out for further proceeding. 

·Conducting employees Exit Interviews and generate Exit Interview analysis report for the Management review and advice.

·Coordinating with Finance / Payroll Department for smooth salary administration / transfer.

Assist Head in Performance Evaluations:

·Assisted Head in make action plan for annual appraisal cycle (permanent & contract employees).

·Initiate appraisal forms and coordinate with concerned In-charges for timely filling of appraisal forms.

·Compilation of appraisals data to generate and develop consolidated appraisal summary sheet.

·Timely generation of increment, promotion, contract extension, and termination letters.

·Initiate probation and interim (if required) appraisals, coordinate with concerned In-charges for timely filling of forms to issue letters (confirmation, Extension of Probation etc) after getting the Management Approval.

Assist Head in Analytical& Developmental affairs:

·Assisted Head HR in developing and improvising HR policies, procedures, systems, formats and manuals.

·To improvise / develop Job Descriptions (JDs) of the departments as per the need / requirement.

·Performing analysis to develop analytical reports for developing policies and procedures.

·Coordinating with the other departments to obtain information / data required to develop policies and preparing analytical reports.

·Conducting salaries and benefits survey.

·Supporting Head HR to prepare / develop analytical reports / presentations related to HR for the Management review to seek decision / consent for further working.
