In coordination with Head responsible for overall management of the factory Admin operations and provide required Admin support to all section of the factory.
In Subordinatiopn of Head:
Responsible for the management of Security Staff.
Responsible for the management of Staff Messing and Labor Cafeteria.
Responsible for the management of Labor Colonies.
Responsible for the management of all outsourced contracts.
Responsible for the management of Factory Vehicles.
Responsible for the management of all construction, repair& maintenance related work of building. Also arrange labor and associated material in case of construction.
Ensure compliance of all Admin SOPs & HSE rules.
In case of any disaster and emergency responsible for dealing of all medical & causality related matters of Factory labors& Staff.
Responsible for disposal of waste material on best rates.
Responsible for arrangement of Labor Contractors (Production side) if required.
Greet all Guests serve them properly and handle their queries professionally.
In subordination of Head responsible for overall Management and settlement of factory External Matters like dealing with Police, WAPDA, EPA, EOBI, Labor Department etc.
Any other duty assigned by the Head and Top Management within the scope of this job.
