1.Provide over all support in recruitment process by collecting the CV’s of the potential candidates and Provide assistance in short listing of the applicants.2.Assist Incharge in scheduling of interviews, preparing minutes of the interview, call successful applicants and file the remaining applicant’s documents and CV’s for the HR,pool candidates.3.Responsible for making calls to the selected candidates and communicate all the necessary documents needed as per policy for the joining of the employee. 4.Responsible for the joining of new selected employees make sure all the joining forms are completed and all the required documents are attached , sign joining forms from HR manager and forward all the forms and documents to the Payroll section.5.Responsible for the orientation of new employee, provide all necessary information to the new employee.6.Maintain Monthly Recruitment in defined format, Highlight the successful and unsuccessful candidates, maintain manual record of all the applicants record accordingly7.Assist Incharge in developing new/ existing job descriptions.8.Provide assistance in conducting appraisals of the Group by follow up of the appraisal , coordinate with Site Time Office In charge time to time and get updates the appraisal and try to conclude the activity with in defined limits. 9.Prepare letters, notices, reference letters for any induction, discontinuation, appraisal or grievances.10.Actively Coordinate with Site offices, and provide support related to HR policies, Documentation and joining of technical and non technical staff.
