In subordination of Head HR responsible for managing complete Recruitment & Selection process.
- Design Advertisement, publish it in Newspaper and also upload advertisement on different web sites.
- Create Pool of CVs and get the relevant CVs shortlisted according of vanacy requirements.
- Schedule Interviews and upto specified level conduct interview of the shortlisted candidates.
- Ensure provision of quality Human Resource against the announced positions.
- Must have the ability to negotiate Salary package with the selected candidate.
- Design and conduct Orientation plan for new comers and tries to foster positive attitude towards Organizational Objectives.

HR Operations
- Ensure compliance of HR policies.
- Design and prepare all HR related documents.
- Ensure that Payroll is processed effectively and benefits are managed properly.
- Have the ability to handle employee queries, resolve their work related problems and if required provide counseling sessions to them.
