• Identify and asses future and current Training needs through effective through Training Needs Assessment (TNA) through Job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with the line Managers and then develop HR training and development strategies by considering immediate and long-term staff requirements.
  • Ability to design and implement appropriate Development strategies. Also can draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.
  • Deploy a wide variety of Training methods.
  • Identify skills gap and then design, conduct and initiate relevant T&D programmes for employees (existing and new ) at all levels in the organisation.
  • Delivering and evaluating training and development programmes, to accomplish the organization’s goals.
  • Create brochures and training materials, develop multimedia visual aids and presentations, create testing and evaluation processes, and also prepare and implement training budget.
  • Ability to plan the implementation and facilitation of Training activities and events, T&D budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
  • Monitor and Evaluate T&D Program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and prepare all associated reports accordingly.
  • Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.
  • Maintain a keen trend understanding of training trend, development and best practices.
