Job Description

  • Establishes rapport with others on the team and across teams; works effectively with subordinates others to get the work done; handles difficult situations, minimizing conflict; treats all individuals with respect.
  • Collect facts from multiple sources in order to solve problems; is able to effectively identify and analyze problems and propose solutions; effectively manages day-to-day issues and problems without Management's intervention.
  • Conduct continuing security risk analyses with focus on threats to the Company’s personnel, plant, property and report findings to the Management.
  • Evolve and deploy the Company’s security risk mitigation strategy.
  • Ensure provision of maintenance & security support to all departments and also resolve all the issues related to Security and maintenance. And put a detailed report to Executive Director.
  • Responsible for the management and up keeping of all Admin facilities & support to staff members.
  • Administer contracts with outsourced service providers and monitor compliance with negotiated service level agreements and enforcement of SOPs.
  • Ensure that SOP related to HSE is followed. Also able to handle emergency situations, injuries and causalities.
  • Responsible for overall management of Company vehicles.
  • Responsible for overall Management of different contractors.
  • Maintain liaison with different Govt. department like Enviorment, Police, Wapda, Gas, Labour , Social Security etc. for exchange of information.
  • In case of Govt. Officials visit greet them and serve them properly and handle their queries professionally.
  • Handle all the legal matters related to Organization and employees and in coordination Top Management deal all Court cases.
  • Responsible for overall management of the Group External Administrative affairs.
  • Keep a clean, organized and safe work environment, report and rectify any unsafe situations.
  • Responsible for the management and upkeep of Administration related assets.
