• Monitoring of the Book Keeping on daily basis, reviewing of the vouchers related to accounts & inventory, monthly bank reconciliation and ensuring entries to be meted out in proper heads in the software.
  • Maintaining and timely updating of the Ledgers of vendors / contractors & customers on Software.
  • Generation of Invoices (both commercial and sales tax) after consultation with the Production & verification with the Sales Department.
  • Assisting Director(s) in various products’ detailed costing from raw to finished form in lieu with firm’s nature of business.
  • Implementation of ERP under development and keeping a close liason with its developers and different departments of our firm to ensure the timely delivery and incorporation of changes. 
  • Monitoring “Stores” for proper inventory record updating & physical stock taking on month-end basis.
  • Internal audit of the firm’s Accounts & Inventory when deemed necessary by the management.  
  • Ensuring proper “Customer Order Filing and Collating” in the office.
  • Collection, sorting and drafting of data required by the firm’s official tax agent(s) for the proper and smooth submission of monthly sales tax returns in FBR & PRA as well as annual income tax return of the firm and its partners.
  • Keeping a close follow-up with the firm’s official tax agent(s) for timely extraction of valid legal information related to various SROs and tax matters, to be then furnished to Director(s) as and when needed, facilitating prudent and calculated decisions related to a new project or to draw tax/other monetary benefit in current businesses.
  • Preparation of Monthly Receivables, Payables and Orders in Hand sheets.
  • Preparation of Balance Sheets, Trial Balances, Profit & Loss statements and Various Reporting related to accounts, taxation & inventory using the software as and when demanded by the director(s).
  • Reconciliation of inward gate passes with the purchases prepared by the store, preparation & reconciliation of outward gate passes with the production & sales.
  • Architecting a tailored-yet-complete ERP with MRP and getting it implemented in accordance with company’s nature of business and in liaison with third party software developers, with constant upgradation/updating as and when required in the future. 
  • Monitoring preparation & distribution of salaries of the officers and labor personnel i.e. payroll management, including Income Tax deductions, PESSI & EOBI contributions of liable workers in accordance with govt. rules and monitoring proper management of annual, casual & sick leaves (in future)
  • Maintaining banking relationships (electronic / verbal liaison, documentation, forms etc.) imperative for smooth running of domestic sales & purchases as well as businesses related to imports and exports.
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements & furnishing of financial reporting, aging, ratios & variance analysis.
  • Carrying out miscellaneous jobs/tasks assigned by Director(s) to ensure smooth running of the matters of the firm related to accounts, inventory & taxation.
