- Expertise in Auto-Cad usage, to prepare technical drawings.
- Preparation of packing lists of equipments before dispatch to customers.
- Arrange to load materials to be dispatched to customers in accordance with Packing Lists / Delivery Notes / Outward Gate Passes and to physically match the quantity of outbound material with the documents.
- Preparation of daily overtime of labor and getting it approved by Production In-charge well before time.
- Managing and seeking approval of Production In-charge for labor’s short leaves forms, casual leaves forms, medical leaves forms & paid-rests forms, duly filled and signed by respective department in-charge.
- Preparation of Monthly Fitting charges sheets & visit/supervision forms of labor.
- Preparation of monthly advances to labor against salaries and expense summaries (along with bills) related to visits & fittings by labor.
- Maintaining the record of Job Completion Certificates.
- Furnishing of technical information related to customers’ samples / rejected-in material, along with order details to company’s store for preparation of related inward gate passes.
- In-House Quality Checking of all steps and final products produced both by company’s labor and / or contractor’s labor.
- Inspection of quality of all materials purchased to initiate the G.R.N.
- Assistance in man & material costing of products / projects.
- Filing work and general assistance to production in-charge to carry out tasks related to production & services.
- Assistance in making daily Production Plan and material estimation related to orders in hand.
- Assistance in daily reporting and closing of production plans.
- Coordination between gate-keepers, sales, stores, administration and accounts departments.
- Ensure tools / plants safe & sound conditions, compliance with safety protocols and wearing of proper PPE by contractors’ labor / FRP labor in-house.
- Data entry and verification in company’s software related to production and quality.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality, efficiency & capacity.
- Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure that team follows company policies & safety standards.
- Other jobs/tasks related to production assigned by the management.
