We are hiring Call center Agents for Customer Service role for managing incoming calls and emails from customers and solving them according to their request.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent knowledge of Urdu language (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good computer skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Positive attitude
  • With or without previous experience
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Flexibility in the scheduling of hours
  • Good communication skills
