FTTH Executive

We are looking for a motivated professional with 2-3 years of experience in FTTH quality, deployment, and field operations to join our team based in Haripur. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth execution of FTTH projects by coordinating efforts across various departments while adhering to company standards and quality requirements. The position is full-time and offers a competitive monthly salary between Rs. 60,000 and Rs. 80,000.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate effectively with different departments to propose and implement optimal solutions for FTTH projects. Ensure that all deployments and rollouts strictly follow PTCL specifications and standard operating procedures, maintaining high-quality standards throughout. Maintain and regularly update project trackers to provide accurate progress reports. Organize Post-Activation Tests (PATs) for completed FTTH projects in collaboration with vendors, quality assurance, and operations teams. Support and guide teams and vendors during site surveys and assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for project sites. Plan and finalize project sites to meet operational needs and coordinate installation and commissioning activities to ensure timely completion. Work closely with various agencies to resolve Right of Way (ROW) issues promptly. Manage all activities related to project closure to ensure timely completion. Prepare Project Implementation Plans (PIP) and monitor progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Conduct site surveys and ensure the timely submission of feasibility reports related to FTTH deployment. Manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones, including deployments and PATs, facilitating a smooth handover to Fiber Operations.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in FTTH quality, deployment, and field operations. The ability to work on-site in Haripur is essential.
