· Reconcile banks and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement.
· Posting outgoing vouchers.
· Maintaining register of bank payments.
· Monthly Withholding Data Preparation.
· Authorizing all cash payments of routine Expenses
· Follow-up Recovery of Receivables from Sales Staff
· Manage Venders Ledgers and Payments to Venders
· Can able to prepare management reports
· Appointing and Maintaining of Staff Record and Preparation and Distributing Salaries to Staff
· Record all financial Transaction in Customized Software
· Dealing with all kind of bank matters and with Government Regulatory Departments
· Assist in Preparation of Trial Balances and Financial Statements using Database Software
· Can able to prepare Monthly & Weekly Bank Reconciliations
· Follow up Shipments of new arrival stock
· Any other tasks provided by Management.
Requirement:
1 To 2 Year working Experience is Must
MBA Accounts/Finance ACCA, ACMA including partially qualified
