· Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.
· Monitor all SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, developer traces, system traces, disk space, etc.).
· Responds to escalated system problems
· Train new staff.
· Ensures effective security, operation and peak performance of SAP environments
· Provides input and assistance to IT projects
· Weekly Back up of System data
· Develop, Implement changes to system as changes in environment.
· Any duty assigned by management.
Note: Person must be expert in crystal reporting and able to generate reports as required by management.
Requirement:
3 To 5 Years working experience is Must
