Assistant Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the sales of textile dyes and/or auxiliaries. This role involves generating new business, managing key accounts, executing sales strategies, and supporting the company’s revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies based on market insights and analysis.
Conduct daily visits to key customers across the North region.
Manage sales forecasting and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
Track, document, and report all sales activities on a daily basis.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned regions.

Qualifications

BSc/MSc in Textile, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in selling textile dyes and/or auxiliaries.
Strong technical understanding of textile production and processing.
Proven track record of managing regional customers and delivering results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (will be evaluated during hiring).
