We are hiring an experienced Audit Lead / Senior Auditor to manage and deliver audit engagements for UK-based clients through our Karachi back-office operations.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical audit expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to coordinate effectively with UK counterparts while ensuring high-quality audit delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements for UK clients from the Pakistan back-office team.
Plan, execute, and finalize audits in line with UK audit standards and the firm’s methodology.
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior audit staff, providing continuous coaching and feedback.
Coordinate with UK partners/managers to ensure seamless communication and timely, high-quality deliverables.
Prepare audit reports, working papers, and documentation according to professional standards.
Manage multiple deadlines efficiently to ensure timely completion of all engagements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strengthening the Pakistan audit function.

Required Qualifications & Experience

CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification (completed or finalist).
Minimum 5 years of audit experience, ideally with exposure to international clients.
Strong understanding of IFRS, ISA standards, and audit methodologies.
Experience supervising teams and leading audit engagements.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical audit skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of client deliverables.
Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite.
