- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential B2B clients.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and understand evolving customer needs
.- Collaborate closely with internal production and technical teams to ensure exceptional customer support and timely product delivery.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic business development plans.

- Bachelorโs degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of 5-8 years in B2B sales, preferably within the plastics, masterbatch, or polymer manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required by business needs.
