Fulcrum Pvt ltd is looking for "Claims Officer" for one of its client.
JD:
- To manage the E2E claims and operations process with internal and external stakeholder.
- Minimization and salvaging customer & vendor experience.
- Analyze all claims to ensure service level agreements and prepare reports for various business units and all receivables and provide the report to all clients and management.
- Coordinate with other teams including Finance, Fulfilment teams, Logistics and 3PLs for all SLAs aligned, ensuring smooth processes.
- Develop, built, and maintain relationships with Internal / External stakeholders while representing the company and assisting in creating a conducive business environment.
- Reconciling of 3PL weekly/monthly claims outstanding’s
- Manage Daily escalation and ticketing system queue’s with internal stakeholders.
- Other tasks/additional alignments assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in Finance, CRM/CS, or Operations.
- Strong interpersonal, research and analytic skills.
- Relevant experience of 6 months to 1 year with a known organization.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Supply chain from an accredited university.
