Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing
Location: Karachi – Port Qasim Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing / Defense-Related Salary: PKR 200,000 – 250,000 Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Deputy Manager Sales & Marketing to support the development and execution of sales strategies, business development initiatives, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion—preferably within the defense, engineering, or manufacturing sectors. This role requires strong communication, technical understanding, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in the engineering/manufacturing and defense-related sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies.
Marketing & Strategy
Assist in the development of marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with the internal team to develop product positioning and marketing content.
Manage digital and traditional marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote company offerings.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
Monitor KPIs to track sales performance and market penetration.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
Experience in defense, engineering, or industrial/manufacturing sectors is preferred.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, industrial clients, and project-based selling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical abilities with a proactive, target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business reporting software.
