Position: Manager HR / Admin
Location: Hyderabad, Kotri.
Education: Bachelors / Master’s
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience , Must have been in a similar position earlier at factories.
Gender: Male
Job Responsibility:
Manage all HR & Admin related activities, including but no limits to:
- Payroll Management.
- IR & Labour Handling.
- Attendance Management.
- Security Management.
- Labour Authorities.
- Labour Laws / Labour Issues.
- Supervise daily support operations of company & plan to complete administrative duties in different departments.
- Excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Konwledge of MS EXCEL & FORMULAS.
- Prepare Employees payroll sheets,
- Knowledge of EOBI & SESSI..
- Look after HR & Labour Issues.
- Candidate must have knowledge about recruitment & operations.
- Candidate must be able to supervise & handle ground level staff.
- Candidate should have his own conveyance
