Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain network performance and uptime.
- Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Implement and manage network security measures including VPNs and intrusion detection systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular software updates, patches, and hardware upgrades.
- Maintain IT inventory, printers, CCTV systems, and attendance machines.
- Manage Active Directory, VMware ESXI, and file servers.
- Prepare network documentation and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Hands-on experience with network hardware and management tools.
- Familiarity with firewall configuration, LAN/WAN diagnostics, and network monitoring.
- CCNA certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
