𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for materials, products, and services.- Manage end-to-end procurement (RFQ, quotation comparison, purchase orders, delivery follow-ups).

Maintain supplier databases, price lists, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with teams.

Collaborate with finance for payment processing and documentation.- Prepare procurement reports, cost summaries, and performance metrics.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.gement.
