Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd is looking “ Receptionist Female " for one of its Client.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Manage international clients by taking overseas calls.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Assisting clients and visitors in finding their way in the hospital.
- Announcing patients as necessary.
- Helping maintain the workplace and maintain visitors log.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.
- Answering calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mails.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and speaking communication skills.
- Time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant education.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in related field.
