Fulcrum Pvt Ltd. is looking for Sales Manager for one of it's Logistic client.
Job Responsibility :
- Contact and engage prospective B2B customers to pitch them on the values of different service offerings.
- Coordinate with Transporters to arrange vehicles
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Act as key contact for B2B customer accounts
- Partner with other teams to resolve customer concerns.- Maintain high standards of customer service and work ethics.
- Maintain a database of accounts in a highly organized manner.
- Act as our eyes and ears across various new initiatives to understand what's working and refine our go-to-market strategy.
- Devise strategies for driving sales growth across business
Requirement :
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales for In land transportation/logistics.- Good relations with transporters and service providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven record of consistently outperforming in roles related to Logistics sales .
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other teams to resolve customer complaints.
- Capability of understanding customer pain points and requirements.
- Drive, Grit, Flexible, Team Oriented: strong desire to compete and win.
Other benefits (full details): Fuel Allowance and Mobile Allowance (both will be part of Salary); After Confirmation, employee will be eligible for Family health coverage, Performance Commission and Annual Bonus.
Location : Johar Town, Lahore.
Job timings: 9 am – 5 pm. Should be remotely availability in off hours
