- Provide administrative support to Clients as a Human Resources Executives
- Responsible for all activities related to recruitment & selection of the employees i.e. to identify staff vacancies and initiate recruitment process, scheduling of interviews and maintaining interview record
- Maintain database using Bullhorn Staffing Software & MS Excel for received solicited and unsolicited resumes of candidates
- To Conduct pre-screening (telephonic and on site) interviews for vacant positions
- To Coordinate with departmental heads for different work assignments
- To Design Job Advertisements for posting on social media and official websites
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting candidates & clients, using groups and job sites
- Generate Monthly Reports-MIS for vacancies and interviews on timely manner
- Act as a point of contact and build influential client/candidate relationships during the selection process
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
