Job Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for Follow up of orders from initial till shipment (Preproduction, production, Post Production)
2. Communicating with buyers on day to day basis for their existing orders.
3. PO Meeting with suppliers and QA Depart as well after placement
4. Managing to fulfill samples required and trims approvals Collecting garment samples trims /accessories, approvals
5. TNA plans follow with the suppliers; review ship dates.
6. Follow up with buyers for approvals and feedback
7. Production cutting Approvals to factory and discussion with QA on all stages
8. Update the buyers with the order status at all stages
9. Arrange PP meetings with factory ,Qc along with HOD
10. Execution of running orders (production) follow ups
11. Visit to factories where necessary after permission of HOD
12. Updates on inspection Follow up of inspection
13. Booking should be checked and approved prior sending to shipping department.
14. Prepare deviation sheets & get customer approval, Packing list must be checked
15. Assign tasks to assistants
16. Cross check all assistants work
