Full stack developer

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with over three years of experience to join our team in Faisal Town, Lahore. This role involves working on advanced web applications and AI-driven solutions that enhance user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern web technologies and practical experience integrating AI chatbots and conversational AI into web platforms and CRM systems. Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable and high-performance web applications using the MERN or MEAN stack alongside Python-based services. Design and integrate AI-powered chatbots into web platforms and CRM systems, focusing on conversational AI and natural language processing to enable intelligent and contextual user interactions. Build and consume RESTful APIs while integrating third-party services such as CRMs, cloud tools, and communication platforms. Collaborate on AI and machine learning modules to improve automation, user personalization, and process efficiency. Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously enhance existing applications to optimize their performance, security, and responsiveness. Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications
Proficiency in MongoDB, Express, Node.js, React.js or Angular, and Python frameworks such as Flask or Django is essential. Experience in developing and deploying chatbots using platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Botpress is required. Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks is necessary. Hands-on experience with Git/version control systems and API integrations is expected. Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Firebase, and Google Cloud Platform is important. Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with AI/ML tools such as OpenAI, TensorFlow, and LangChain will be highly valued. Knowledge of GraphQL, Redux, and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce—including chatbot integration—is required. Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is also necessary.

Communication Skills
Candidates must be proficient in English, both written and verbal. They should be comfortable communicating directly with clients through calls, meetings, and requirement discussions. The ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of three years’ experience in full stack development. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs250,000.
