Full Stack Developer - MERN

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer with 3 to 4 years of professional experience and strong expertise in AWS and cloud services to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications, integrating cloud-based solutions, and optimizing performance for platforms that handle high user traffic. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, robust, and efficient software solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Integrate, manage, and optimize applications on AWS and other cloud platforms to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule.
- Implement best practices focused on security, scalability, and performance optimization of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications to improve overall functionality and user experience.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development methodologies and tools.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience developing applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Proven expertise with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and RDS.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
