Full Stack Developer (PERN Stack) – Night Shift

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our team for U.S.-based software projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gulberg 3, Lahore, operating on a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Build, optimize, and maintain backend APIs with Node.js and Express.js to ensure efficient data handling and communication.
- Manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
- Write clean, scalable, and reusable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time.
- Debug, test, and enhance system performance to maintain reliability and responsiveness across applications.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working with the PERN stack: PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, data structures, and asynchronous programming.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Good command of English to facilitate clear communication with international clients and team members.
- Availability and willingness to work the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) on-site in Gulberg 3, Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Redux, Tailwind CSS, or similar front-end frameworks is an advantage.
- Background in developing eCommerce or SaaS applications is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Git workflows, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Vercel, or Render is preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000, based on experience.
