- We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.
- Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application.
- Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.
- We have three positions available ranging from medium to advance level.
- We expect you to have efficient command of the English language and great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers
- Implement complex business logic scenarios in a clean & efficient way
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Manage background processes & queues
- Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of PHP and its web frameworks such as Laravel
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, jQuery and Vue.
- Knowledge of test-driven development
- Understanding and prior experience building and consuming RESTful API's
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming
- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of LINUX will be a plus point
