The Control Room Operator is accountable to the Control Room Manager for the scheduling of security officers, monitoring check calls, responding to telephone and email queries and a variety of administration duties. This will include compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes. The control room operator will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the customers.
The Ideal Candidate
· An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products is essential (word, excel, powerpoint and outlook)
· Planning & Organisational Skills with experience of time management/prioritizing
· A “can do” and flexible attitude
· Experience of time management/prioritizing
· Excellent communication skills
